My husband and I stumbled upon Fujimamas while on our Honeymoon. As a celiac I am paranoid about travelling and was very nervous about spending 2 weeks away from my safe GF kitchen back home. Nikki S (our server) calmed all of my fears that nite! When I asked if their soy sauce had wheat in it she looked back and said "Do you have celiac?" I almost cried out of excitement! She told me that her mom and sister suffer and that the chef would be able to take care of me. I ordered the steak & potatoes. I wasn't able to have the normal sauce with the steak as the oyster sauce had wheat in it, but the chef made me a special red wine reduction sauce which was to die for!! This was one of the best meals I ate on the vacation! Their knowledge and patience was very much appreciated!! As a side note, my non-celiac husband loved his dinner! Great food for everyone!
