I have read alot about the Mellow Mushroom and their Gluten Free Pizza, but hadn't had a chance to try it for myself until August 2011. I thought the crust and sauce had nice flavor and held up well to the toppings I chose to put on it - which were light on the cheese and pepperoni. That being said, it is a very thin crust and wouldn't do well with multiple toppings or lots of sauce. So, I would put Mellow Mushroom in the "Thin Crust Lightweight" pizza category - still tasty! Mellow Mushroom has locations in much of the U.S.
