We were so pleasantly surprised at the delicious gluten-free dinner we experienced at this resort! The manager had advised us earlier in the day that the chef would be most happy to create a meal without gluten, or cross-contamination, and assured us that he was very familiar with gluten allergies. The chef created for us a lovely Sea Bass with lemon butter sauce (which he made specially for us!), steamed fresh broccolini, and jasmine rice. It was the most flavorful (and visually pleasing) meal we enjoyed the entire week we were in Palm Beach! And the oceanfront dining room views were perfect. Our server was very kind and helpful in creating the meal and going back and forth between us and the chef. For dessert we chose a refreshing bowl of mango sorbet with fresh blueberries. Kudos to the staff at Solu for making this such a unique and tasteful dining experience!
