A Leed certified built restaurant housing the best organic and
gluten free pizza. All preparations are in separate areas, baking
pizzas on separate stones and using utensils used only when
preparing these dishes. All of the meat and vegetable toppings
are available on the gluten-free pizzas with the exception of
Sausage, Goddess Dressing and BBQ Sauce.
This particular Franchise had a liquor license offering two kinds
of gluten free beer and a list of organic wines. To finish off the
beer and pizza they offer a fresh homemade Gluten Free
Brownie served warm that can be topped off with ice cream!
During warm weather they have a large outdoor sitting area,
the inside only has room for about 30 people.
The menu is a little confusing and being a Franchise I highly
recommend discussing with the individual restaurant the
available toppings for gluten free pizza.
The menu also has salads, sandwiches and of course many
specialty pizzas on regular, multigrain or organic crusts.
