Raglin Road is located @ Downtown Disney. It is an Irish Pub. We enjoy eating there because my husband is Irish and he really enjoys the food and we all love the atmosphere. However, even though they can accomodate the gluten free diet with no problems, there are not a lot of options. My daughter usually gets a steak and the kettle fries and that is plenty for her. For dessert the only thing she can get is ice cream. The food is wonderful and I would recommend this restaurant - there are just not a lot of options. We visit this restaurant at least once per trip when we go.

T Rex Restaurant in Downtown Disney,

T Rex Restaurant is located in "Downtown Disney" on the Disney property in Orlando, Florida. It, not surprisingly, is owned by the same company that owns the Rainforest Cafe (the decor is very similar...just focused on dinosaurs instead of rainforest animals). It is NOT part of the Disney Dining Plan, which our family was on, but we decided to dine there nonetheless. It was fun, but very noisy and overstimulating (even compared to the overall Disney experience!) You could barely have a conversation in the restaurant with all the noise and the "shows" that occur about every 20 minutes or so (with the dinosaurs "coming to life"). But our boys (ages 6 and 8) enjoyed it. The room in the center is like an Ice Cave, and the lighting changes color throughout the evening. Now...for the food...this restaurant does NOT have a gluten-free menu, but the chef came out and was happy to accommodate where possible. Our son on the g-f diet chose the mahi-mahi fish tacos, which were available blackened or with breaded fish (obviously off-limits for him). We ordered him the fish just grilled, not blackened, and of course they were served on corn tortillas. It came with a choice of sides, many of which were gluten-free. He opted for the black beans and carrots. I, too, ordered the fish tacos, blackened. They were DELICIOUS...a nice small filet of mahi-mahi in both tacos, and topped with cabbage, pico de gallo, and a wonderful avocado cream sauce (chef wasn't sure if this was g-f...check first with the chef if you order this...we opted not to have it on my son's order, just in case). They have a decent kids menu, although most things are gluten-laden, so gluten-free diners really have to order from the adult menu. Chicken and steaks were two other options my son could have gone with, as well as grilled fish. My husband (not a Celiac) ordered their traditional lasagna, which was quite good. The range of food here is nice...everyone will find something they like on the menu, and if you can stand the noise, the atmosphere is fun. Just ask to talk to a chef about g- f options when you are seated.
