Although there are no GF labeled items on the menu, the staff is very aware of GF restrictions and can pin point what you can or cannot eat and what the chef can accommodate for your restrictions.
Everything fried is fried in rice oil for everyone so not cross contamination there.
Once the non-GF dishes are removed from the menu, almost 75% of the menu remains available which is such a great feeling (not having to choose between the fish or the fish) while the rest of the party as so much variety.
I am also happy that I could eat dishes as they were intended. Too many places have to remove the gluten ingredients from the dish which ends up being tasteless or not interesting at all.
The food is Vietnamese/Cajun and the atmosphere is industrial and hipster.
Overall I felt safe and "normal" for the evening out with my husband which made me very comfortable and happy.
