Chef Mike at Cap'n Jack's took unbelievable care to make sure that I had a good meal that was gluten free. He came to our table and asked me what I wanted to eat....he could adapt most things on the menu to be gluten-free. I smiled and said, "Can you make gluten-free crab cakes?"....about 30 minutes later I was eating 3 huge crab cakes made with tapioca flour and some specially made tartar sauce on the side. The food was phenominal!
