Delicious, nutritious, and organic food that is also gluten-free? What's not to like! Well, some people don't like that Help Yourself, a funky little place that serves organic, made from scratch food, is located in a building that looks like it used to be a gas station. And that it's next to a laundromat. And that the only place to sit down to eat is at one of the outdoor picnic tables. But this IS Key West!
At Help Yourself, nearly all of the menu items can be made gluten-free, and ALL of the sauces and dressings are gluten-free. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-intolerant diets also can be accommodated.
Help Yourself serves salads, wok meals, and wraps (GF available!), as well as breakfast items and smoothies.
