Old Dutch has three locations in London: the one we went to in Kensington, one in Holborn, and one in Chelsea. They offer ALL their sweet and savoury thin, large pancakes with the option of a gluten free batter. They also offer their breakfast menu pancakes and kids pancakes gluten free (they just can't offer the "butterscotch" pancake version of the batter gluten free). While I ordered a savoury pancake (more like a crepe with pizza toppings -- I got cheese, bacon, artichokes, tomatoes, and spinach on mine), the rest of our family ordered the sweet pancakes. The one with bananas and chocolate was incredible -- more like a dessert. They take good care in the kitchen so as to avoid cross contamination -- seems the restaurants in London that offer GF menus take it seriously.
My Old Dutch Pancakes is good for breakfast, lunch, dessert -- really any time of the day and whatever you are in the mood for...sweet or savoury. This is a unique restaurant and a really fun option before or after a visit to Kensington Palace. Good prices, too.
