We love visiting California Pizza Kitchen for their wonderful homemade gluten free pizzas. They have their own recipe for the gluten free crust, and it's made at a separate facility and sent to their restaurants. We really like it. It's pretty thin and slightly chewy...a good consistency and taste. There are four gluten free pizzas listed on their menu ( http://www.cpk.com/Contents/Downloads/gluten_free_menu.pdf ). These are all prepared in a separate area using separate ingredients and separate cooking utensils. You can also create your own pizza, with your choice of other toppings, on a gluten free crust, but just know that they could be cross contaminated with gluten, since the toppings will be taken from the general pizza making area. Some salads also are made using gluten free ingredients, as is the Cedar Plank salmon. Again, these are not made in a separate area, but they do their best to be careful if you let them know you are gluten free for medical reasons. But we always get the awesome gluten free pizza from the GF Menu. All varieties are delicious (BBQ Chicken pizza, Pepperoni, Mushroom/Pepperoni/Sausage, and Margherita). The only downside is that sometimes the pizzas are either a tad underdone or overdone. If you have a preference for how it's cooked, you can certainly mention it and they will do their best.
