We went to Turks and Caicos in April and stayed on "Provo" or Providenciales before we ventured off to Middle and North Caicos. In our hotel on Provo, we had a kichenette and were able to prepare some meals despite the fact the hotel was knowlegable and accomodating with gluten free meals and preparation. I had received a recommendation from a Celiac listserv member about the accomodations and about this fabulous grocery store. The grocery store was across the street from our hotel and it was very very well stocked with fresh produce. However, I was just in amazement of the large variety of gluten free products. This store puts a lot of grocery stores in the US to shame! It was a fantastic trip and loved, loved this grocery store! It is beautiful and clean. The pictures on the website are exactly how it was in real life! Great place to shop for your own products should you decide to cook while visiting the island. Can't wait to go back!
