A Guy Fieri signature restaurant and guess what, it is more than hype and garlic. Guy really cares about those who are gluten sensitive.The restaurant has a designated gluten free menu. And he has designed a few gluten-free sauces and salsas.
Recommended are the Brick Wing + Salsa Verde appetizer,
Sonoma Salad Spring Mix with Dried Cranberries, Honey Almonds, and House Balsamic Dressing, and for the main course Cherry BBQ Baby Back Ribs - Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs, Garlic Mashed Potatoes + Cherry BBQ Sauce. Enjoy this scrumptious meal with a gluten-free Redbridge beer. Finish it off with a dessert of Guy’s Bananas Foster - Sliced bananas, sauteed with brown sugar and flambeed with banana liquer and dark rum, served with vanilla ice cream.
Huge portions even with a half salad. My husband and I find it is easy to share and the staff is very accommodating. We eat there enough that they immediately get us our Redbridge with a nice chilled glass. They also carry gluten-free distilled liquers.
One evening, I was having the ribs, and a woman sitting at the next table asked why my plate did not fit the description on her menu. I told her about the Gluten Free menu and she ended up ordering from it!
There are also Johnny Garlic's in Santa Rosa, CA and Roseville, CA. Again, Guy Fieri is serious about caring for us who have Celiac Disease or need Gluten Free foods. There is plenty to find on his Gluten Free menu for appetizers, salads, and main courses. Only the one dessert is available but it is well worth being the only choice.
They also welcome families and have a full bar! I have never been sick after eating at this restaurant, Santa Rosa, or the Roseville locations.
