The menu at DePaoli Pizzeria has many gluten free options. The waitstaff is knowledgable (even about cross contamination) and excited to have gluten free customers. A large portion of the menu is available to the gluten-free diner. They changed from bread to g/f crackers with our appetizer, the artichoke dip. The pizza, baked in a dedicated oven, was the best pizza I have had in my 3 years being gluten-free. We have tried the cheese, the combo, and The Marco pizzas. Each one was excellent. DePaoli is also very family friendly, my children love it when we go. On our second visit the waitstaff knew who we were and checked to make sure that the special crusts were available. They make their own pizza crusts as well as an amazing chocolate cake. I do recommend you call ahead to reserve one or two crusts.
