This restaurant is right outside the Universal Studios theme park in the area called City Walk, full of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I'd heard Wolfgang Puck's restaurants offered a gluten free menu, but we'd never had the opportunity to dine at one. So when we noticed it as we passed by after exiting the park (and since we were trying to decide where to eat for dinner), I asked about a gluten free memu. They do indeed have one. Here is a link to the restaurant's small but very good gluten free menu: http://www.wolfgangpuck.com/sites/default/files/CW%20Gluten%20Free%20Menu.pdf
Our whole family ordered from the gluten free menu, even those of us that don't need to be gluten free. I started with a cup of the tortilla soup, which was very good. I ordered the Salmon with cauliflower puree and broccolini, and both our sons opted for the Flat Iron Steak, served in a red wine sauce. I had a taste, and that was delicious as well. My husband ordered the Pesto Rotisserie Chicken, which looked wonderful and was a very good-sized portion. We were very tempted to order a dessert (both the Chocolate Ganache and Banana Split sounded good), but we were full and feeling tired and wanted to get back to our hotel. I'd highly recommend this small restaurant if you're lucky enough to get a table. It was a healthy, high-quality gluten free meal.
