We live in Los Angeles where we have a couple of gluten-free bakery options, but we were thrilled to see that there was a bakery that opened that was organic and whole grain.
The place has a Northern California vibe to it. The selection of baked goods was wonderful. We tried the rugalach, lemon cupcake, chocolate mint cookies, and a scone. They were delicious. The bakery is also dedicated free of dairy/casein, peanuts, gums (they don't use soy or treenuts - but they have an allergen statement that says their flour is made where they also process soy and treenuts). They also have some vegan cookies to choose from. They don't have any breads but the owner said she will be making them soon.
