Sage Organic Vegan Bistro serves organic, locally grown, vegan and plant-based cuisine. They are not a dedicated gluten free facility. However, their extensive menu highlights the meals that are gluten free. They have menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, pizza, family style and catering. Some of these menu options include potato-based hard shell tacos, eggplant parmesan, avocado coconut curry, soft pretzels, and much more. Be sure to make the staff aware of your need for a gluten free diet when ordering. They acknowledge that cross-contamination in the kitchen is possible.
