Gluten Free Pizza at Left Coast Pizza!,

Each time I have been here has been better than the last. My husband, who can eat regular pizza, even shared the large pizza with me (they will do 1/2 and 1/2 on the toppings) and I still had leftovers to take home. I had red sauce, sausage, Roma tomato, and onions on my pizza and it tasted just like I remember pizza tasting. All of the toppings are gluten free and choices include: Salami, Pepperoni, Sausage, Linguica, Bacon, Canadian Bacon, Chicken, Shrimp, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Calamato Olives, Sundried Tomatoes, Roma Tomatoes, Green Bell Peppers, Red Bell Peppers, Onions, Fresh Garlic, Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Pineapple, Jalapeños, Artichoke Hearts, Spinach, Blue Cheese, (they state that this is gluten free but I have read other places that Blue Cheese is questionable) and Feta Cheese. The sauce is very good and the crust is the best gluten free crust I have ever had, though not quite as crispy as a wheat crust.
They ask that you call ahead for the gluten free crust, and once I had to wait for them to make the crust even though I did call, but it was worth the wait. (That's the reason they get a 4 rather than a 4.5 or 5.) I never was much of a beer drinker but for those who were, they do have gluten free beer also. We were there for lunch but they advertise live jazz on Thursday and Saturday evenings.
