We had a fantastic experience dining here. When we made our reservation through the Disney website, we were able to list that we had a gluten sensitivity right on the reservation. Later, when we called to change the reservation time, the phone reservationist saw this and made sure to make note of it on our updated reservation. They are very good about it. Then, when we got to the restaurant, we were seated and told that the chef would be over soon to discuss food choices with us. The chef took us from our table to the buffet line where he carefully explained to us what was and was not gluten free and also took care to explain their processes to us, assuring us that there would be no cross-contamination, even in their busy buffet kitchen. He then offered our kids gluten free pizzas made to order which they both happily accepted. Last, but not least, he also offered a choice of gluten free desserts for them, also made to order. I felt much better that there would be little chance of cross-contamination at this point. All of the food that we ate was delicious - seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Near the end of our meal, the children's cookies were brought out still warm and delicious from the oven. We really felt special and taken care of. And there were no gluten reactions after! Great and trustworthy place to eat gluten free.
