When I said I was a gluten free person they made me
feel like a queen. Professional Chef Johann came out
personally and walked me and my family through the buffet,
and pointed out what was gluten free and how everything
was made. Then he asked ME if he could get me anything
personally, he could make anything that I needed..I actually
burst into tears because I had never in my life felt so
pampered in my life..He became a life long friend..
He let me know that they were going to become a certified
gluten free kitchen with trained staff and chefs who are
dedicated and trained in gluten free cooking!!! I would go
back again in a heartbeat!!
