I had a very good experience at the Scottsdale Jason's Deli location. The owner/manager, Dan Dever, took extra special attention to help me find options that were safe for me to eat. They also have a list of suggested items for those with gluten allergies. I had the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich (without the regular bread, of course). You can have it as a lettuce wrap, as a sandwich, or simply on a plate. It is a large portion of chicken, fresh guacamole, slice of tomato, swiss cheese, bacon and your choice of dressing on a bed of lettuce. In addition to the Santa Fe chicken, there are quite a few gourmet salads, a large salad bar, a variety of baked potatoes and a kids menu. Also, on Sundays, each child accompanied by an adult, can eat for free. They are also trying to be health-wise by avoiding high fructose corn syrup as much as possible and adding organic vegetables to their menu items. I love their pure cane sugar only soda selections.
