When I booked my accommodations for a conference at this resort, I was told they would accommodate my gluten-free diet, so I took them at their word and brought only minimal snacks. I assumed a resort of this caliber would offer gluten-free menu items and that the hotel would, indeed, provide me adequate selections for my business meals and snacks during the conference breaks.
Instead, I ended up "dining" for four days on the two items stocked in the mini bar that were gluten-free. It wasn't until the final day of the conference (after several days of complaining to the hotel and conference staff) that they brought in some food for me.
Although this is a lovely resort, and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the room, the pool and even the pet fish they brought to my room for me to get attached to and then have to leave, when I considered eating that fish, I knew I wasn't getting enough to eat.
I can highly recommend staying at this resort for business, only if you are NOT on a gluten-free diet.
