This retail restaurant serves healthy, pre-packaged meals made without preservatives. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as snacks. They are good in the fridge for 4-5 days and you just need to warm them up to eat because everything has been cooked. Best of all, 95% of their menu is gluten-free and tasty.
The ones that I tried included Good Morning Sunshine (spicy but very good), Americano (steak and eggs), Turkey Pasta (brown rice pasta), Crazy Chicken (like Thanksgiving with their sweet potatoes), and Pepper Steak (spicy, but the cauliflower mash makes an excellent balance). They have over 60 menu options that are gluten-free so there are still a lot left to try.
These guys really know how to take care of customers! They are knowledgeable on all things that somebody can want to know: what low-glycemic complex carbs are, what the paleo diet is, what BPA is and why someone doesn't want it in plastic.
