I visited this restaurant twice - once on Jan 31, 2010 and once on Feb. 4, 2010. I have celiac and ordered the gluten-free pizza and was very impressed with it. I had the Hawaiian Pizza on the 31st of Jan and then on the 4th of Feb had a slice of Pizza (chicken with artichokes) which the waitress was very helpful in helping me with. I thoroughly enjoyed the slice of pizza over the whole one. I also had a Caesar Salad, and again, the young lady assisted me in choosing this as the other ones I could not eat as it was not gluten-free. That made me feel very comfortable and knew that I would not get sick.
I was told that some of the Picazzo's rest. do have gluten-free noodles. The one in Lake Havasu does not have the gluten-free noodles and hope that one day they will. I will definitely be going there again. In fact, my sister from Colorado (whose husband is Celiac too) loves pizza like I do, and know he will enjoy it. They plan on coming out here around the weekend of the 9th or 10th of April.
The staff is very helpful and I appreciate all that they have done for me.
