The bakery offers an extensive selection of gluten free breads, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and treats. On the bistro menu, there are many satisfying gluten free dishes. Your choices include salads, soups, sandwiches, hamburgers, and more. Some items of note are the steakhouse salad, tuna nicoise, lamb tostadas, and BBQ meatloaf sandwich. There are also many vegan and paleo options at the bakery and bistro. In addition, they are happy to accommodate other dietary restrictions and allergies.
