The Pink Door is an upscale restaurant in Post Alley, right next to Pike Place Market. They provide safe menu items for those with gluten intolerance, though those with Celiac Disease or severe allergy may need to call ahead or discuss further with their server to ensure avoidance of cross contamination. They offer BIONATURAE pasta for gluten free diners in place of their regular pasta and also have UDI's bread which can be used for their sandwiches and antipasti bread dishes. They don't specifically mark which menu items are gluten free but serving staff will be able to help guests discern which items are safe options.
