We love going to Seasons 52. The food is wonderful and there are a lot of choices on their "Gluten Sensitive Menu." Flatbreads, delicious soups (a favorite of mine in winter), interesting (not boring) salads, and amazing entrees, including, but not limited to, fish and seafood. On our most recent visit, I ordered the Caramelized Grilled Sea Scallops, which were divine. Probably my favorite entree I've ordered there. Served with yummy risotto and a vegetable. The sides often change depending on the season. I also like the shrimp and grits and the lobster BLT lettuce wraps. They need to do better with the dessert selection, however. Not much if you're gluten free. They do also have lactose free, vegan, and vegetarian menus.

My wife and I decided to have a light dinner at Seasons 52 after doing some shopping in the Tysons Corner Mall. We'd never been to this location of Seasons 52. We'd dined at their location in Rockville, but it was a couple years ago. It seemed that they have greatly expanded the selections available on their Gluten Sensitive Menu since then ( http://www.seasons52.com/menu-listing/gluten-sensitive ). There are a lot of things to choose from, and frankly, we had a hard time deciding what to order. There were so many things that sounded delicious. We actually both chose a flatbread, which they have available on a delicious gluten free crust. It is a great consistency (slightly crisp and chewy) and has a good flavor. Apparently, they do not make them in house (they get them from elsewhere), but they are definitely not your typical frozen GF crust you get in pizza joints. Just judging from the shape (a long rectangle), it must be custom designed for Seasons 52. My wife LOVED her Blackened Steak and Blue Cheese Flatbread, with mushrooms, spinach, and caramelized onions. She cannot wait to go back and order this item again! My Pepperoni Flatbread with basil pesto was delicious, too. My wife also really enjoyed her Warm California Golden Beets Salad. We enjoyed some wine and cocktails as we sat at a tall table near the entrance where we had a view of the shoppers strolling through the mall. There was a nice fire in the fireplace, too. The restaurant is quite large with a nice bar area and some private rooms. I definitely recommend this for lunch, dinner, a special occasion, or a quick bite. They have something for every appetite and every taste. Their Gluten Sensitive Menu includes many salads, fish, shellfish, pork, and rack of lamb. The Blackened Mahi Mahi Taco and Lobster "BLT" Lettuce Wraps also sounded particularly good. We will have to try them next time. They also have daily specials, so be sure to ask about whether they are (or can be prepared) gluten free. We didn't order dessert, as we were too full, but the only thing they offer is a Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli (without the cannoli shell). While we actually love eating cannoli filling by itself (who needs the shell anyway?!), they should probably come up with a couple other dessert options for their gluten free guests. It's not that difficult to offer a flourless chocolate torte, for example, or something even more creative. Their menu certainly shows they have the creative ability! FYI: Seasons 52 also offers lactose/dairy sensitive, low sodium, vegetarian, and vegan menus. Impressive!
