This was the first time we tried Naked Pizza, which is a chain with locations around the country. The pizza was amazing (both the regular and the gluten free crusts). They take great care in preparing their gluten free pizzas, so as to avoid cross contamination. All their meat are hormone and antibiotic free. Their ingredients are all natural, and they do not add sugar to their crust. Their "ancestral blend" regular crust contains 10 grains, plus prebiotic agave fiber and probiotics (healthy bacteria). We enjoyed both the Chicken Pesto Pizza and Hawaiian pizza on gluten free crusts. Those of us in the family who can eat gluten also tried the Margherita on the regular "ancestral" crust. All were fantastic. Give this place a try. As always, I explained that family members were following a medically-necessary gluten free diet when ordering. The person assured me they take great care when preparing all their gluten free pizzas.

I had never eaten at a Naked Pizza, but I heard they had gluten free pizza crust so I went in to try it out. It's not like any other pizza place I've been in -- it's a lot like a Pinkberry yogurt store as everything is white and modern. The gluten free pizza crust only comes in a 12" version, which is nice, except if you're eating by yourself. But I ordered it anyway just to try it out, and it was fantastic! They do give the disclaimer that there could be cross contamination in the kitchen, but they take every precaution they can -- separate prep area, separate ingredients, separate utensils, and so on.
And the pizza was awesome! Ended up sharing it with someone and didn't tell them it was gluten free until after they had two pieces. They were shocked.
