Best gluten-free Bed & Breakfast in Historic Edenton, North Carolina!!

I have been on a gluten-free diet for almost 2 years now. I discovered a wonderful bed and breakfast/Inn in Historic Edenton. It is called Inner Banks Inn (formerly The Pack House Inn). The chef and Innkeeper Giuliano, prepared delicious gluten-free breakfasts for me each morning. It was a 3-course breakfast which began with fresh cut fruit cup, juice, organic gourmet tea, followed by the main entree with side dish then it was topped off with a gluten-free dessert!!! My favorite was the ricotta bluberry pancakes..To die for.. This Inn is rated 5 Stars, #1 on and the Innkeeper's are The 2011 Innkkeepers of the year. Our room was suite #21 which was spacious clean and well appointed. Edenton is the most charming waterfront town with lots of history. A perfect weekend getaway to experience for oneself. I understand Chef Giuliano will be opening his own restaurant on premise in April. He will feature gourmet gluten-free meals there. The Inn itself is a Restored Tobacco Packing House. Most comfortable bed, crisp, pressed linens, the attention to details are well evident. Housekeeping speaks for itself, with a perfect 100% Sanitation Score, which is seldom ever seen in B & B's...
