The Caf Too is very willing to accommodate all those with a Gluten sensitivity/intolerance. As a Master Baker, Jack has perfected his GF flour mixture. He not only offers pre-made GF pastries, cookies and cakes, but also has Bread in order for you to have a sandwich on GF Bread. The meals: soups and main menu items are wonderful, but be sure to ask if GF because they do have regular foods too. When you are ready to leave do not forget to either take a pre-made goodie with you or peruse his bagged GF Flour mixtures that are for sale. He has cake, brownie, cookie, bread, scone, biscuit and other mixes ready to be baked; most only require water and an egg! Jack’s staff is very accommodating, so please check them out. I have also learned a Web site is on the way.
