Great gluten free menu in New Holland, Pennsylvania, September 11, 2015 Reviewer: GFTS - See all reviews by GFTS 4.0 Palms Yoder's Restaurant and Buffet is located at Yoder's Country Market and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The homestyle food is served on a hot buffet, and there are salad and dessert bars. A gluten free menu is available upon request. The menu notes the gluten free items that can be found on the buffet, and also offers other selections that can be ordered. For breakfast, there are many egg and omelet options. Among the choices for lunch and dinner are: grilled chicken breast salad, oven baked haddock, and fresh ground round steak. There are sandwiches and burgers that can be ordered with a gluten free roll for an up-charge of $1.50. Offered for dessert is a variety if ice cream treats and rice or tapioca pudding. The staff at Yoder's is careful to ensure that the ingredients and the prepared foods are free of gluten. However, there may still be a risk of cross-contamination. Be sure to discuss any concerns with the manager, and inform them if you are following a medically necessary gluten free diet.
