Broad Axe Tavern is known as America's oldest tavern. The historical accounts of this establishment date back to 1681. The food here is mostly familiar American fare. Hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, pasta, seafood, and meat entrees can be found on the menu. Limited gluten free items are available here. Gluten free pasta is available upon request; however, additional preparation time is required. Pasta dishes include grilled chicken chipotle pasta, jumbo lump crab sauté pasta, and chicken parmesan with linguine. Be sure to inquire about ingredients in sauces and toppings.
