The newest location of Nicholas Restaurant is in Gresham. Here, you can expect the same quality food and service. The authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean style foods are plentiful, and many are gluten free. These items are clearly marked GF on the menu. Among the choices are: falafel, chicken kabab salad, lamb platter, and baba ghanouj. Gluten free pita bread can be substituted on sandwiches for a $3 charge. Also, pizzas can be made with gluten free crust for an extra $3. In addition, gluten free Omission beer is available. Inform the staff if you are following a medically necessary gluten free diet, and be sure to address any concerns regarding food preparation.
