This is the first ever dedicated 100% gluten free dining hall on a college campus. It is managed by a celiac, and it is GIG certified. It has a focus on healthy options, and foods, including baked goods, are all made fresh each day. The entire kitchen is dedicated 100% gluten free. It just opened and currently does breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday-Friday. Non-students are welcome to eat here, too. Many, many options are offered for each meal. Lunch options include fresh made burritos, fresh omelet bar (real eggs), pizza, burgers, fish or chicken sdwch, fries, 3 different hot entrees ( grilled chick w bruschetta topping, cod livornaise, a vegan option), 2 soups, extensive fresh salad bar with vegs, fresh cut up fruits, gluten free croutons, smoothies from your choice of fresh fruits...and made fresh daily pastries.
