Coyote Kitchen can be found in the North Carolina High Country, and it features Caribbean soulfood. There are many gluten free foods here. In fact, the entire menu is gluten free with the exception of these items: rosemary bread, corn bread, potato Kaiser buns, and flour tortillas. Gluten free bread is offered for sandwiches and hamburgers. The two fryers are dedicated gluten free. Chipotle seasonings and Worcestershire sauce are now made from scratch, and are also gluten free. Among the menu items are: Caribbean kobe burger, blackened salmon rice bowl, jerk chicken burritos, and shrimp tacos. As always, inform the server of your specific dietary requirements, so they can help you to make the right choices. The kitchen staff will also be alerted to take special precautions.
