Whole in the Wall Restaurant in Binghamton, New York is a gluten-free diners dream! Just a look at their menu ( and you will see the wide variety in items. What sets them apart is that most of these items are gluten-free! The menu is clearly marked as to what is gluten-free, or can be available as gluten-free. Everything is made from scratch, with all-natural, wholesome ingredients. The servers are knowledgeable as to what is in the items, and their willingness to accommodate your gluten-free diet goes above and beyond. Eliot, the owner and chef, is always available for questions and is a cherished fixture on that part of town, for which the restaurant has been a part of, coming up on 30 years this winter. There is not any one item I wouldn't recommend. My favorites are the Cheddar Chicken Broil as well as the Stir-Fried Vegetables with Rice and All-Natural Chicken. And for dessert - have the warm raspberry brownie sundae. Try it once and you'll need it every time you go back - you'll see! It's a cool spot with great food, run by good people - Binghamton is lucky to have them!
