A Gluten Free Kingdom in New Jersey Worthy of a Visit,

Medieval Times has a standard set menu which consists of, at this location: garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, oven-roasted chicken, spare rib, herb-roasted potatoes, a dessert pastry and non-alcoholic beverages free of charge. When buying tickets, their website has options to select vegetarian dinners or 'other' diet requirements. They also ask that you call to establish what your diet is. Before calling I had been worried that everything would be out of the question and I would have an entirely different meal. However, that wasn't the case. I called after we purchased the tickets and spoke to a kitchen manager. He assured me that they are very accommodating to gluten free needs, in fact everything is made gluten free to begin with with the exception of the the spare rib, and the obvious dessert pastry and garlic bread. He told me to tell my server I was gluten free, and they would ensure I got TWO bowls of soup to accommodate the loss of the other products, and a special dessert. On the day we got there I did just that and was met with great service, despite serving about 50 people at once. My server also remembered my requirements and there were no mistakes. People were jealous of my two bowls of soup, and everything was delicious! My special dessert was an organic ice pop, which for the weather was a great match (and again made people jealous!). To top it off, the bar was very knowledgeable about which Alcohols were gluten free so I got to try some of their signature drink mixtures. I would highly recommend going here if you are gluten free, or have gluten free children. It is nice sometimes to have a bit of fun and be informal.
