We were in Bozeman on a Christmas ski vacation and stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant on Main Street in downtown Bozeman. The building is a big, rustic, gorgeous historic train station, and the staff was delightful. But, what amazed us most was their excellent availability and knowledge of gluten-free foods. They have gluten-free substitutions for almost all of their regular menu items- from GF hamburger buns, to rice pasta, to corn tortillas. The food was outstanding, well prepared, and flavorful, but my favorite part was that the staff didn't treat me like a freak when I asked about gluten-free options. I had the Pedro's Pasta- with rice penne and was really pleased. Fresh basil, tomatoes, pinenuts, goat cheese... YUM! We'll come back to Bozeman again for the excellent skiing at Bridger Bowl, the kind people, small-town charm, and Montana Ale Works. Cheers!
