East Bay Grille is a waterfront eatery in Plymouth. This restaurant offers seating on the outdoor patio, or indoors at the bar and in the dining room. Traditional New England seafood and chowders are served here, along with a selection of steaks, pasta dishes, salads, and sandwiches. There are many items that are gluten free, and they are marked GF on the regular menu. Gluten free pasta and bread are also available for substitution. When ordering, be sure to inform the server if you are following a medically necessary gluten free diet. Some of the gluten free choices on the menu include: scallops wrapped in bacon, salmon salad, steak tips, and champagne halibut. The catch of the day is also free of gluten.
