McCormick and Schmick's in Baltimore Harbor does an excellent job of catering to all types of allergies. They keep a portion of the grill clean to use for just these type of meals. I had many restrictions last July and the chef came out to my table and helped me develop a meal especially for me. He cooked fish with just salt and pepper and olive oil and grilled some veggies the same way and gave me some fresh fruit. It was great! I was really worried when my husband suggested an outing to the Baltimore Inner Harbor for our anniversary. We went for the day and visited several restaurants early in the day to make sure we thought we could find a restaurant that woud work. The visitor center had suggested McCormick and Schmicks and they were right! If you try it hopefully you have a similar experience. They also have locations throughout the U.S.
