This restaurant is in Piazza San Cosimato in Trastevere, and has great outdoor seating. The servers are very friendly and willing to make conversation. They were also very careful to make everyone (not just the cook but other servers as well) know that I am a celiac in order to avoid any cross contamination. They have gluten free pasta so I was able to order Spaghetti al Carbonara which was heavenly. My mom ordered a pizza, which she says was the best pizza she had had while in Rome. I do not think that they have gluten free pizza available, due to risk of cross contamination, but their pasta was exactly what I wanted. They can make any pasta dish gluten free, using their GF pasta that they have on hand (you can call ahead if you want to double check that they have some on hand, but I am almost positive that they always have some).
