This pizza was awesome! This thin crust pizza comes in its own pan from the vendor, so Nick's cooks it and brings it to the table in its own pan! They also cook the pizza on the top shelves so that no crumbs will fall on top of the pizza while in the oven. Toppings are also gluten free. We held our October Celiac Support Group Meeting there and they could not have been more helpful! They explained the process they use to make the GF pizzas, how they tested different crusts and decided on this one, answered all of our questions and we all felt very confident eating there. The pizza tastes wonderful and has a nice crisp thin crust. Tastes wonderful and it was really awesome to sit and eat pizza with everyone else! Nick's also has a 1/2 price eat-in pizza on Mondays and on Tuesdays they have 1/2 price take-out pizza. And yes, GF pizza is also 1/2 price on those days!! They can also make a half-baked pizza so you can take it home and freeze it and bake it at a later date. Nick's only charges an extra $2 for the GF crust too!! The only thing that would make the meal better is if they also offered a GF beer. We have been pestering them to start offering Redbridge and they say they are going to be carrying it soon. Hopefully they are really going to carry it! Also, they have baskets of peanuts at each table and the shells are then thrown on the floor. So, if you have peanut allergies you may want to get your pizza take-out.
