Chain offering G-F Pizza in and around Boise,

Living in Idaho, there are very few restaurants which advertise a gluten-free meal--especially for pizza. Having tried several gluten-free pizza crusts and being disappointed with the quality, I was hesitant to try again. In a particularly adventurous mood, I ordered a small combo and crossed my fingers. It had been so long since I had been able to enjoy a gluten-free crust; I was shocked with the taste and the texture. A friend tried a piece, and she couldn't tell that it was gluten-free! We talked with our waitress and she said that there were several items on the menu that were gluten-free. All of the items were marked as gluten-free on the menu so it was easy to see what I could have and what was off-limits. Thank you so much for offering gluten-free! I will definately be back for more!
