Restaurant Sauvage in Prenzlauer Berg is known as the Big Paleo Restaurant, and is the sister restaurant to Sauvage Paleothek. Both are world famous paleo establishments. All dishes are free of grains, gluten, refined sugars, refined vegetable oils, and dairy. Online reservations are available for the Prenzlauer Berg location. Here you will find grass fed steak tartare, lamb shank, asparagus salad, and braised pork belly. Breakfast is also available at this location. You can enjoy paleo pancakes, musli, and free range organic eggs, among other things. Paleo bread and several desserts are available daily.
