Mongolian Barbeque goes GF - well, almost,

This is a fun Mongolian Barbecue place where you pick your rice/noodles, veggies, meat, sauce, etc, and then they cook it up for you and bring it to your table. I have to give them credit because they label which sauces are gluten-free right on the main menu (awesome!) and they have a special white stick that you put in your bowl to indicate that you have food allergies and your meal needs to be cooked separately to ensure no cross-contamination. HOWEVER, the major problem is that the sauces are lined up together, and some of the GF sauces are on the front row, so the non-GF ones from the back get dripped into them. I saw the issue before I used the sauce but I went for it anyway and paid the price later. I emailed the manager and she wrote me back right away with an apology and a coupon. She said they are looking into alternative sauce arrangements, but as of right now it isn't going to work for 100% GF unless you can get them to bring fresh sauce from the back (haven't tried this yet). That said, if you just need to be low-gluten, this place should work really well for you. Also it is VERY crowded at lunch, making special requests tough and cross-contamination of sauce more likely. Dinner is more manageable. Price is great at $7.99 for lunch and $11.99 for dinner, for all you can eat, as many trips as you want. I have been there several times (mostly before going GF), and my food has always been very tasty, but some of my fellow diners have tried more wacky ingredient/sauce combinations and ended up with weird tastes. One last thing - I valet parked for dinner and the guy lost my key, and it was a nightmare trying to get them to pay for it. I'd steer clear of the valet.
