I have been on eight Holland American cruises and have had wonderful service each time. I do feel however, that they are getting better each time I go. This time I was told that they have hired a chef who only deals with special diets on board and that they can make almost anything that is on the menu to suit the gluten free diet. I had wonderful food and desserts, including gf pizza and gf pasta.
