The Columbia Restaurant is Florida's oldest restaurant and the largest Spanish restaurant in the world. They have a few locations in Florida: Ybor City, Sarasota, St. Augustine, Clearwater Beach, Celebration, Riverwalk Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport. Along with a lunch, dinner, and children's menu, they have a gluten free menu, which can be viewed online here: http://www.columbiarestaurant.com/gluten_free.asp

They have many gluten free offerings, most of which are entree meals and tapas. They also have a couple gluten free desserts (flan and crema catalana) and they list which sauces are NOT gluten free, in order to best serve guests with gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease.
