Disney had wonderful gluten free options for my 5 year old. Their chicken fingers are amazing - ask for them everywhere. Good idea to contact Dine at Disney and book some places ahead of time - but the chef at EVERY SINGLE restaurant has gluten free options and will come out and take the time to show you what they have etc.

Awesome experience!

Pinocchio Village Haus is a counter-service restaurant in the
Fantasyland area of Disney's Magic Kingdom. They specialize in
pizza, chicken baskets and salads. They have Amy's gluten-free
pizza available, which is what our son ordered, and it was cooked
quickly and just perfectly -- better than it turns out at home
(there's something to be said about commercial ovens!). It was
nice to ALL be able to eat pizza together. There were also plenty
of gluten-free sides available, like at most counter-service
restaurants in the parks: carrots, grapes, yogurt.

This was our second time eating at the "Pooh and Friends"
Character Breakfast at the Magic Kingdom's Crystal Palace
restaurant. They have one of the more extensive buffets, with
plenty of gluten-free options...not just scrambled eggs, bacon,
and sausage. The chef made our son gluten-free waffles
(frozen, this time, not the Mickey shaped ones made fresh at
the Tusker House Restaurant at Animal Kingdom) and also
offered him blueberry or chocolate chip muffins (he opted for
one of each...one to eat then, and "one for the road"). There
was some nice fruit...mixed berries, fresh pineapple, and whole
strawberries, so our son was plenty full by the time the meal
was over! This is a fun place for a character breakfast for kids
when visiting the Magic Kingdom. Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and
Tigger come to the table for photo-ops and also have a "parade"
around the restaurant. As always, the staff is wonderful to
people following special diets and will walk you through the
buffet and make special items for you in the kitchen when
available.

Gluten Free Dining at Disney World's Magic Kingdom,

Liberty Tavern is a wonderful restaraunt for accommadating numerous food allergy or intolerances. My family (8 adults & 4 children) enjoyed a wonderful birthday party/reunion character dinner there. I have Celiac Disease along with a long list of other intolerances, my niece has wheat and diary allergies, and my father is diabetic. We had informed the restaurant that we were coming ahead of time and let them know of our needs again when we signed in. The chef came to our table and learned of all our needs and prepared separate food for me that I had requested (baked potato, steamed veggies, and fruit) which was delicious. This is a family style served restaurant with a menu of DECLARATION SALAD - Tossed Mixed Greens, served with our special Tavern Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing, PATRIOT'S PLATTER - A generous serving of roasted turkey breast, carved beef, and smoked pork loin, with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, herb bread stuffing, and Stouffer's Macaroni and Cheese & rolls & gravy, DESSSERT - Warm cherry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. He also brought out wheat and diary free alternative for my niece and informed her what she could and could not have on the menu. Along with this he brought my father a sugar-free dessert alternative. It was so nice to be able to go out to eat as a family with our many restrictions and enjoy our time together without worrying. Oh, the Magic of Disney.
