At Nassau Health foods on Amelia Island, you can find gluten free items, organic produce, refrigerated/frozen foods, bulk items, and vitamins and supplements. This store is happy to place special orders for hard to find items that you may be looking for. There is also a cafe in the store, called the Mustard Seed Cafe, that is open for breakfast and lunch. Gluten free bread products are available for substitution. Also, some of the menu items may be naturally free of gluten, but you would need to verify your gluten free options with the cafe staff.
