Village at the Peaks in Longmont is where you can find another of the Next Door American eateries. These restaurants source all meats and produce from local farmers. Also, they participate in composting and recycling efforts. Gluten free items are offered on the menu. Among the gluten free appetizers are: kale chips, balsamic beets, fried calamari, and buffalo chicken bites. Salad choices include kale with apples, Greek salad, and roasted veggie. There are also tacos, hamburgers, and quinoa/brown rice bowls. Be sure to address any concerns with the server or manager.
