BEST PIZZA CRUST IN DENVER -- and GLUTEN FREE, too!, February 18, 2013 Reviewer: JR from Denver - See all reviews by JR 5.0 Palms My wife was diagnosed with Celiac in 2004 and she had not enjoyed a great pizza since then. We learned about Pizza Fusion and they have, hands down, the best crust in Denver, not just the best Gluten Free crust! They have a trained, knowledgeable staff that understands GF issues and avoids contamination. Pizza Fusion uses only organic ingredients and we really notice the pizzas are much more flavorful and delicious than anywhere else we've eaten in Denver. The restaurant makes its own Gluten Free sauces and dough, offer great GF beers, and even have unique GF desserts like a truly delicious brownie, carrot and cream cheese frosted cupcakes, and chocolate espresso cupcakes! Additionally, the restaurant is owned by the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless so all your meal proceeds go to a great cause that works to end homelessness in Colorado! We have been back many times, taken both GF and non-GF friends, and will return often. We can't say enough good things about the food, the staff, and our ability to enjoy a GF meal without hesitation!
